Sometimes my MYF friends have several notes of encouragement from their friends about their daily log and I just can´t think of a single different way to provide support. It´s like brain freeze or something. You have so many different encouraging things here I decided to start a ¨cheat sheet¨ document starting out using your examples and collecting others from this group so later I won´t be at a loss for words when I just don´t know what to say.2 -

Tracking? I don't think so... I didn't track dinner, but I don't remember eating dinner that night.
Calories? No
Bad car day. Daughter started her car, something starting "banging" under the hood, the Check Engine light was flashing, and when she turned off the car, something smelled "weird." Had it towed and spent the rest of the day scared it would be something like needing a new motor. Didn't hear anything for the rest of the day.3 -
