Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Happy Friday!

I had a few NSV's this week. Even with the scale going up due to starting weight training again, I feel great! My measurements are down 2 inches. The padding on my lifting belt actually meet now instead of having a 2-3 inch gap. The suits that were too small last season FIT and do so very well! I am so glad that life can get back to normal now so I can feel like I am making progress.

@tahm42 what great NSVs!! That IS definitely progress!!! Congrats!

    Pass day 10 or something

I posted in "What's on Your Mind" about my new plan to reduce my calorie intake but not by cutting the number on MFP but by no longer counting my exercise calories (which don't amount to much, 100-200 a day). Also as part of that being really strict about not grazing/snacking/munching on food that isn't in the plan.

Exercise: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 40 minutes walk in the snow, 20 minutes clearing snow off my car (I think that counts - it was a lot of snow!)
    Tracking: Planned the day
Calories: I was within the plan until my wife offered my daughter some cheesecake pudding she'd made. I said, "Can I try?" and she brought me a little dish. I ate it all. And it was good. But it was missing a crust, so I had to have a cookie too. Oof.

But the weight did actually go down anyway, so I think that this plan is working...

@tahm42 – great work! It’s such an achievement when those clothes fit and you feel good in them!

@Mrs_Hoffer – a pint of ice cream! Did you enjoy it? Sometimes we just give in to those cravings.

@LazyBlondeChef – checking in every day is good. It’s a pity you aren’t able to get your exercise in, but well done estimating the calories.
