    But, I'm coming here regularly... so accountability for just coming into MFP everyday & checking in with this wonderful group. Today, was another extremely rough day .. a super stressful work day. I gotta stop letting it get to me. Why am I turning to food?! There was a time when I used to turn to exercise for stress relief. I will get there, again!!!

    @Caroline_slowandsteady, I saw your post about your new plan – hope it goes well.
    Don’t overlook “activity” that doesn’t quite fit the definition of “exercise” eg snow clearing. All activity burns calories and keeping active can definitely help your weight loss. Fidgeting, walking on the spot - or to and fro – while watching children/ waiting for the kettle to boil/ coffee to brew/ etc all helps.
