@bill70sstrong Very well done Champions March is a fresh, clean slate!
@jana_2020 I like what you said about “even though I’m still not perfect, I am so much further ahead than I was this time last year and this time 2 years ago. Just keep moving and trying to get with the program.” I’m right there with you!
@whatmerunning Chris, it sounds like you know what you need to do. Congrats on your weight loss (and keeping it off!) I’ve missed you….
@lazyblondechef I don’t know why MFP can’t leave things alone. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!! I’ve been struggling this winter with exercise as well. Hopefully we’ll start to get some warmer days in March and the sunshine will snap us out of it!
@carolineslowandsteady Great job walking during your Zoom meeting! I need to start doing that!

3 yeses for yesterday
I have been here since August. I sadly came from Spark people but so happy for the community I have found. I haven’t really lost much in months-been stuck on a plateau. Most difficult part is being stuck on my plateau.UAC has taught me to track and track accurately

Exercise? Yes
Tracking? No...
Calories? No.
The old month ends... and so it begins again.4 -
@ashleycarole86 - “ As of today I've been logging for 397 days straight and I've lost 115.8 pounds.”
Holy Guacamole this is amazing!
@jamcnewman - “ I knew it was time to not simply take this weight off (again), but to figure out how to live in in a manner that kept it off. ”
I wish I’d learned this 20 years ago. It’s crazy all the ridiculous things I’ve tried over the years.
@TerriRichardson112 -
“ • Weight loss is only one measure of progress.
• Creating a healthy, fit lifestyle is a life long process.
• Effective sustainable habit modification is crucial to that process.
• Everyone is an individual. What works for one may not work for another.
• The support and encouragement of others on the same journey makes the process much easier. That’s why I’m in UAC 😂 (to name just one of my groups)
AMEN !
@Jana_2020 - “ Just keep showing up, eventually you'll get with the program. Even though I'm still not perfect, I am so much further ahead than I was this time last year and this time 2 years ago. Just keep moving and trying to get with program.”
Such wise words. Thanks for saying this.
@ideas2 - “ Fear of not being able to maintain it again”
I think this is a common fear. This is why learning that maintenance is a “thing” has been an eye opener.
@snowshoe072 - so sorry about your beloved pet. Having to say goodbye is so heartbreaking.
