Tracked and logged did 2 rounds of spin for 20 minutes a good ride. A better day today then yesterday but still hard the house seemed to quiet.6

Everyone has had a busy first day for March for those of us with snow and cold we are on the countdown to spring…19 days! Let’s hope it comes quickly,for those heading into fall/winter enjoy what’s left of your summer weather. Today started crazily for me at 4 am when my big boy cat the Dude decided that peeing in the bedroom was easier. I jumped out of bed to try to stop it and my Apple Watch thought I had fallen. Guess I move a lot faster than I thought. 😱😱😵💫😵💫. Nothing like the sound of an animal retching or such to get you moving. 💨💨💨🤮🤮🤮📥📥📥. It took me a moment to understand why my watch was screaming at me but luckily I turned it off before it called 911. 😳😳
Of course it all got better from there.

Personal goals for March 2022:
Every month, I like to revisit my previous goals and reset them for the new month.
1. Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC) .
2. Not more than 3 pass days - If I did not meet this goal, I will post everyday. I am a champion
3. Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month). This is very important to me. This UAC challenge is a honour system.
4. Maintain the habits of "kitchen close"
5. Create a habit of not eating more than 1 serving of nuts. "Don't go nuts". I am getting a handle on this goal. But will continue to maintain it!
6. I will like to work on not going over my micro for sugar for the day. This means I need to work on the fruits I eat since most of my sugar come from my fruits. I like fruits, but I have discovered that they could derail you.
7. Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed. Very important for consistency and accountability.
8. Encourage others where possible.5 -

Made room in my daily calorie limit and tracking for Pancake (Shrove) Tuesday celebrations at dinner. Yum! ✅✅
Today was Day 1 of the #WalkingTowardsSpring challenge I am taking part in for the first 20 days of this month. I got my early morning Apple Fitness+ workout in and then a great outdoor walk with Beauregard before preparing dinner. ✅ We like to walk along the creek bed path, where you’d never know you were in the city. It is just one block south of our house. A very grey day today, but not as bitter a cold.6 -
