    I'm going to have to take another pass day. This makes 2 of 3 pass days and we're only on the 3rd day of the month.

    Here come the excuses: we've had a bereavement in the family today and my back spasm is still very present. So Ben and Jerry have been my coping mechanism.

    I may drop out of the challenge all together but we will see how tomorrow morning goes. Either way, good luck to everyone

    Exercise cardio my snow shovel work out at lunch. The whole driveway it’s got to end lol and 4.4 spin miles average 18 mph I think it’s shower time !!
