How many 5% Challenges have you done? I haven't kept track but I think maybe about 4/5 years worth
What do you like to do for fun? I love reading, drawing and Netflix also like walking outside with the family when possible and enjoy working out in general.

What are you health/fitness goals for this season? My health and fitness goals for this season are to continue to stay on track with my eating and exercise.

How many 5% Challenges have you done? Coming over from SP I have done many 5% challenges. This is my 3rd challenge with MFP
What do you like to do for fun? Water aerobics, family time, movies and read

~ I cannot tell you how many... All I know is that after joining SP back in April 2009, I did join up a 5% challenge about 5 months in. I left for a while and then came back and never left. The 5% challenge keeps me accountable.
What do you like to do for fun?
~ I love to walk, dance, exercise, read, sew, and learning new things.
What major city do you live in or near? State?
~ I live in the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
What are you health/fitness goals for this season?
~ I want to lose the weight I have put on since arriving in Canada at the end of January 2020 and continue on my journey to fitness.

~ I live with my husband Michael and have a 12 year old dog named Mimi. We brought her back with us from Senegal. She has adapted to Canada extremely well. We are the parents of two children, and they both have two children each. We also have a niece who we consider as a daughter because she lived with us for 17 years in Dakar, Senegal before she left and came to live in Canada. We are very happy to be closer to family. People always ask why we left the sunshine to come to live in Canada, and the answer is that both Michael and I truly prefer the cooler weather and that we wanted to be closer to family.1 -

What do you like to do for fun? Travel, camp, garden, kayak, bike, read, play piano, and read to my granddaughters
What major city do you live in or near? State? In southeast Wisconsin between Milwaukee and Madison.
What are your health/fitness goals for this season? I want to be consistent with calories, workouts, and water/liquids. I would love to lose at least 5 pounds.

What do you like to do for fun? Cycling, walking, movies, reading, music, camping and family.

11+ years with SP and an OG since moving to MFP = I've lost count but will start a new count once I reach 1 year with MFP
What do you like to do for fun?
Spend time with family, camp, play puzzle games, garden and enjoy swimming in our pool once it warms up.

Southern California... small coastal town in Orange County an hour and a half North of San Diego and an hour South of Los Angeles.
What are you health/fitness goals for this season?
Lose the weight I gained during Covid and regain the strength and fitness I lost with weight-gain, age and back issues.

We have a big family vacation planned for July/August this year that I want to be able to participate in without using a walker/wheelchair. Family is more than willing to push me around but I want to be able to walk so I'm very motivated.... Glacier National Park/Yellowstone/Bryce Canyon/Las Vegas-OR-BUST!!!!!!!!!!2 -

What do you like to do for fun? Play computer games, playing cards with my family, read, do puzzles and spend time with my husband.

What are you health/fitness goals for this season? My health and fitness goals for this season is to start to make the scale move in the right direction. I will accomplish this by getting back on track with my eating and exercise.
Anything else you would like to share? I am almost 62, my birthday is coming up later in March. I will be married 8 years in November. We have no children and no pets currently. I am a retired nurse for the last year (hard to believe it has been a year already) I plan to use my spare time to try and get healthy by losing weight and exercising more.2 -

What do you like to do for fun? Spending time with my daughter and my dad, and of course visit friends and family in the states! Also, binge watching shows while playing games on my phone

Hi 👋🏻 I’m Bendiz from Norway. This will be my first 5% challenge. I’m doing this to stay motivated with my workouts and to continue with good choices everyday. My overall goal is to lose some body fat while building strength/muscle. I lost 35 kg’s, but the last belly fat is being a pain in the *kitten* 😌 My goal is to do atleast 3 days of strength training every week and atleast 2 cardio sessions. Getting rid of that last 5% once and for all 👊🏻
