We've completed another week, folks! And with some awesome numbers up on the spreadsheet, we've set ourselves up to have a successful month. Can we do it again next week? Can we do even better?

Take a look at last week's results in the links below:

Here's a sneak peek into how your (our!) team did...

    steps:

    Sunday: 12144
    Monday: 13669

    Wednesday: 13184
    Thursday: 12877
    Friday: 14010
    Saturday: 19500 ( <3 hike day <3 )

Again, on the hike day, I knew I was so close to 20 thousand but I was just too tired and gave up.

    March Week Two

    Weigh In Day: Tuesdays
PW (Previous Weight): 175.2 (March 1st)
CW (Current Weight): 171 (March 8th)
LTD (Loss to Date): 63 lbs

There we go. I knew the gain from last week was mostly water weight. I'm still retaining water, I'm sure. I've been working out pretty rigorously the past week, and definitely eating plenty of sodium, which likely isn't helping my case.

Also, ONEDERLAND!!!! YAY!!!! When I started in January 13th to count calories at 215lbs, I thought it would take forever to get under 199lbs, then I read another MFPs comment saying (and i am paraphrasing) 'time will pass anyways, why not do something about it'

Congrats on making it to ONEDERLAND!!! Love that mindset. The best time to start was yesterday, but the second best time is now. Do you have a next milestone in mind?

It’s been a really hard week to stay on track with calories. So I’m disappointed with this result but not surprised. I’m determined to keep going and while hopefully get a drop in the scale next Monday.

Oh boy, 0.4lbs can come from just about anything! That could be water retention, food still working through your digestive track, slightly heavier underwear (if you wear clothing on the scale), or a series of other things. I'd consider this week a maintain if anything.

Looking at the results page and all I can say is

    11.0 pounds?!

    yikes

I actually went back to their team chat and she's dropping baby weight so not so crazy, but surprised me plenty when I saw that number.

Am I able to be out for the month of March? Had some things come up and I won’t be as active as I’d like to be on here, I’ll be back April 🙂
