    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 50 minute walk, an 11 minute outdoor bike ride, and 10 minutes of upper body strength.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Pass days used - 1/3

    I feel just plain ol' worn out!! A bit under the weather.. not sick, but not well. Off to bed I go!

    Felt "run down" most of the day.... no energy. I haven't slept very well the last couple of nights (and get up at 4:30am for work!) and it's catching up with me.

    @jamcnewman @Mrs_Hoffer Thanks, I think it is best for me to start tracking again now and not wait for April's group. Mrs H - you are so right and agree with how I need to "guard" my habit once it is developed!

    1 passday used (Mar 13)

    swam in the morning at our hotel before leaving our vacation spot and swam again where we stopped for the night. I love it when hotel pools are empty! Hoping I will have a loss or at least not a gain from the vacation.
