    Good morning Shape Shifters. Not much to report here. I had more bad eating days. A bit upset with myself. I know exactly what to do, but somehow I haven't managed it yet. Not giving up though! Gym went well on Thursday, though it continues to kicks my butt. My head is still a bit unhappy and I took 4 painkillers yesterday and went to bed on time.

    Was traveling all day so I didn't get a chance to post earlier. I think my lack of sleep is the reason for my post dinner healthy snacking that brings me up to maintenance level macros. I was stuck at 196.4 almost every day this week so I'll take this little loss. I'm not sure if I'll have access to a scale next week.
