We're nearing the end of the month - and for many of us, it's been a very busy month!

Reporting for yesterday as well.
26th March: pass. Drive home from Devon, logged breakfast and lunch but then we ordered take away for dinner. Didn't log that, it most definitely took me over my calories, and I didn't exercise.
27th March: logged all my food, or did the best I could with lunch at a restaurant. Under my calories for the day and I did 20 mins of yoga, so yes x 3.
I tried to attach a photo of me soaking my feet after the coastal hike in Devon. Not sure if the posting worked or not.6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No. Not much for formal exercise until I am recovered from last week. My Fitbit showed over 8000 steps and 8 activity minutes. I am going to do some stretching on the floor.

Yes x3. The creek is melting! It was windy out so I didn’t go for a walk today so I don’t know if it’s changed more since this pic was taken a couple days ago.

Sleeping better
Calories inching down since I went back to my original breakfast & am now keeping some foods at a predetermined serving weight.
Steps are still not at the 10K I did for some long- will be discussing if it could be from
Meds or another issue.. it was quite a dramatic change last Oct
