    I would SOOO much rather have "April rain bringing about May flowers" .... particularly in light as it was 18 C (~65 F ) and brightly sunny with daffodils in full bloom most of my trip in the second half of March.

    βœ…βœ…βœ… so far today, exercise is 5 mins on the treadmill, 5 mins dancing; 5 mins on the rebounder; and 5 mins on the wobble board. (Can you tell I'm anxious and can't sit/stand still today? Lol.)

    I'm posting early today as I'm hitting the road right from work today to head to Pittsburgh for the weekend. :) If I don't get 3 βœ…'s today, I'll report the correction tomorrow. Have a terrific weekend err'body!!! ;)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes - a fine 7 miler this morning in perfect weather!
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? - yes and even have room for a treat after dinner.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? - yes all prelogged.
    Pass days used:0

    Weekend plans include some spring cleaning. again. AND a little bit of sunvitDbathing.

    Spent most of my day at home with my feet up. I am trying to get my water retention to go down.
    Have a great weekend. I hope I can celebrate my youngest granddaughter’s birthday on Sunday. She is turning 3

    Tuesday: Meeting with daughter, and granddaughter for an lunch outing to Belfast City. Planning to go to Apple shop for a new iPad.

    @SummerSkier Spring cleaning seems to be taking us a long time here! I am almost ready to give up the effort until the snowfalls stop (but that could be well into late May)… Enjoy your Vitamin D sun bathing β€” I am sure it will feel glorious! And super job on your 7 mile run this morning 🌟🌟🌟

    Yes I did! 20 minute walk with the dog.

    Kind of. According to the tracker I could eat another 900 calories but I have already had more than I planned.

    Yes I did!

    Didn’t drink any alcohol, got some work done and am feeling a bit happier than yesterday

    βœ…βœ…βœ… Lots of walking today: 10+ km; 15,000+ steps.

    We had a beautiful sunny day here today (and I was able to pull out and wear my lighter weight long down jacket for the long walk with Beauregard). Strong breezes, as the wind off the ice on the lake still takes the temperature down. πŸ₯Ά But no complaints as we were able to be outdoors for longer stretches today. πŸ₯³πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

    Some of the geese are in the water; some still prefer to be on the ice (where it is probably warmer)….

    They opened the weir at the bridge today to force water into the creek system. By our walk tonight, some of the creek bed paths are flooded out.

    Rainy day forecast for tomorrow so I’ll be glad for all the time I could spend outdoors today. Sunday will be a start on some yard cleanup. More snow is predicted for next week, but we never know at this time of year. So I just try to take every day as it comes. πŸ₯°

    I don't know why but I wasn't hungry today and ate hardly anything at all. Probably subconsciously trying to undo the damage over the last few days.
