Im sorry that I can't seem to post a photo tonight... I've never had trouble before, but tonight it just keeps freezing up on me. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. 🤔
Anyhoo.... y'all know what day tomorrow is, right? Its NSV Day! So tell us about YOUR NSV for this month! 😊2 -
Friday
Exercise: Yes (30 minute Zumba Strong work out)
Tracked all: Yes
Calories under: Yes
I have not posted Mon-Thursday as we were away with poor internet and I chose to just enjoy being away without tracking everything. That said, we did a lot of walking each day. I also "may" have come in under the calorie limit had I tracked, as I still made (mostly) good decisions. e.g. choosing vege soups for lunches etc. But as I didn't track, they fall into the pass days category. We had a brilliant few days away though.

You’re not doing anything wrong. It’s the same glitch others (including me) have been having for weeks. Report it to tech. The more people report it the more likely they are to get it fixed.
Planned pass day today. Family Good Friday picnic lunch followed by dinner. Too many items I can’t track properly.

My NSV this month is that the results of my blood tests now show me as normal in all the measures that previously had me in the pre-diabetic range. And my triglycerides showed normal now, my cholesterol lowered, and the estimate of my risk for heart attack was below average. Only two biomarkers still give me reason to be concerned (c reactive protein and ferritin).

Monday I am going to start fasting 2x week. I am currently 199 lbs. Looking forward to summer.7

I am going to try grocery shopping at Sam’s Club about 50 miles away. My husband will be driving. Hopefully this won’t wear me out too much.7 -

NSV: my commitment to remaining a healthy weight & walking 10K steps daily. I veered slightly off course in both due to inexplicable pulled muscles and fatigue after Evusheld shots. I’m Thrilled I came up with a plan for today’s movement. Afterwards I congratulated myself out loud “See?! You’re committed to being healthy! Way to go” I did the same self talk after tracking every single gram.
I also
Looked through clothing on a site that popped up on phone &’looked at measurements & sizes. Reminded myself I am no longer XL. I had to keep looking back…really? “Yes, we really!!”
I also remembered that my ring size is quite standard now. I put together a cute outfit - even found a ring I’ll take my
Measurements in am & double check sizes- maybe I’ll even buy the items )
Happy NSV day!8 -

My NSV is one that happened a few years ago now but I was just booking a holiday and it reminded me. I stopped snoring!
Put this in context, I started snoring at some point while I was gaining weight. My boyfriend and I don’t live together but we holiday together and he sometimes stays over for a night here and there. Some years ago, he suddenly started complaining that he couldn’t sleep because of my snoring – it affected our holidays and he started sleeping in my spare room if he stayed over. I was mortified – I had never had that said about me but my husband (now ex) was a dreadful snorer so I knew how horrible it is to listen to.
A few months after I started on the weight loss journey he suddenly said – you didn’t snore last night. And it’s true – no more snoring once I got down to just a little overweight.

Pass day. Traveled on my vacation. Now in NYC. I did exercise 15 minutes before we left, but did not do the other two.
My NSV is I am finding myself thinking “how can I fit in some movement?” and “how can I make this meal as healthy as possible?” Traveling with kids to visit family for holidays means very little control. But I am both not giving up and not worrying about it. Just doing what I can. Like checking in here before everyone else is up. Of course it’s been less than 1 day, but a real attitude shift so far.9 -
