Good Morning Everyone,
What are we all doing this weekend? How has everyone's weekend been?
Me? Its a public hodiday/day off here in Aussie tomorrow so that is really nice. Also I have been without a phone for 6 days now, the first 2 days was because It had water damage but my wonderful Macgyver of a hubby fixed it lol so now i decided to see how long I can go without it. I must say its been an Interesting experiment! Have a great weekend my friends. I look forward to hearing what you guys all got up to.

Iβve had a quiet weekend, but the week ahead is going to be quite busy β well, busy for a retired person.
Tracking today has been made more difficult by the issues with MFP. First, the recipes function wasnβt working yesterday so I couldnβt save the recipes I made yesterday. Luckily, both were similar to ones I made before so I just used the old versions with notes at the bottom to remind me of the slightly different calorie and protein counts. One of the recipes was for dinner on Saturday, the other was lunch today. Then, today, my phone wonβt sync with the laptop so I canβt scan the barcode on a new yogurt. I canβt even search for a new product on the laptop so I just used a previous yogurt and again, made a note! I do hope they fix this soon β itβs so frustrating.7 -

Today was a 2 per run day. I have run in Hoka s before and they are pretty comfy. I find that the drop is not as much as other shoes and they donβt seem to give me any oomph (push off) so I have moved away from them. Mostly I use Nikes but the NB were an experiment. I hope they last longer than the Nikes do.
MFP is really pretty messed up. My IPAD seems to be the best platform right now as my phone ap doesnβt work and you canβt do a lot on the web ap. I had an e-mail ticket in for many weeks back and forth and it went to level 2 support but they never solved it and their modus operandi is to close tickets even tho they havenβt fixed the issue. π§π±π€¬π€·ββοΈπ΅βπ«3 -
Well to add to the mfp dilemmas my iPad and iPhone both said the platform was to busy to use this afternoon interesting I wonder what my boss would say if I told her the electronic health record was down so no work for me π€ͺπ
A nice walk in the woods with hubby and the dog talked with one of the landowners he told us we were very close to the beat cub on our walk now thatβs got to be why the dog started acting strange I think he had me at an almost run 1/2 back to the truck.

Had a fabulous weekend at home. Had grandbaby Saturday. Played all day with her. Found a teardrop camper for a great price and bought it. I get to pick ot up Thursday. Went diving today at the local quarry just to practice skills. All in all a great day! And very nice weekend! Tomorrow is swim team in the morning.5 -

Today is last day of my Alternate Day Fasting (ADF). This is not for me. I don't know how people get through the weekends. Looking forward to starting a new week. The 36 hours is just too long for me. I may try 16 hours and then extend it until I find a good fit.

I love the pic Donna! How cute! It got up to 86(F) here. Crazy! We went to church this morning, then I finished up the afghan im giving as a wedding present to my step daughter this week. I hope she likes it. The lighting isn't the best in this pic, but the colors are shades of gray, which will go very well in their home.

Susan, I made another large batch of l.reuteri yogurt a couple days ago, and it was like water! It was weird! Idk what I did wrong! I haven't had time to try again, and with us leaving early Wed morning, I'll probably have to wait until we get back from the wedding before I can try again.2 -

For some reason, I thought my βcheerβ day was Sunday. Gosh, Iβm all messed up this week! π
Today (Monday) is shaping up to be a rough dayβ¦. Lol. I couldnβt fall sleep last night (excitement about the new house!) and it was well after midnight the last time I looked at the clock. I have to get up at 4:30am on Mondays for my bank jobβ¦. So Iβm really struggling this morning. Also, I got to work (45 mins away) only to find that I forgot my phone at home! Ugh!! #phonewithdrawal

I had a very busy weekend. Friday after work we walked to a friend's house for supper, wine and board games. Saturday and Sunday I had on call duties for work so both mornings started with that. Saturday I then did a 60 minute Peloton ride and then I took my mom to run errands. My husband and I then had date night.. we went downtown for dinner and a play. Yesterday after work duties we took friends to a Sunday brunch in celebration of their 55th wedding anniversary and then we drove out to Canmore and biked 60 KM in the mountains with a stop in Banff for supper. When we got home we walked our dog and collapsed into bed.
Was fun reading what everyone got up to! I haven't had a weekend this busy in a long time.3 -

Was supposed to have dinner with my son tonight as he was in town with the Sun Devils baseball team for their series against the Wildcats. He texted me during what I think was about the 7th inning stretch given the time of day and told me he was sick and running a fever, and he'd been "quarantined" in a room by himself at the stadium. He said he was looking at getting a hotel room for the night because he didn't think he'd be able to safely drive back to Phoenix. He had a negative Covid test on Thursday before coming down here, so he thinks it's just the flu. Possible. It's been going around. So... needless to say, I didn't get to have dinner with him. I was bummed and worried at the same time. They're always your babies, aren't they? No matter how old they get or how independent they are or how far away they live.4 -

Thank you @Mrs_Hoffer and yes, it has been a great month. Taking responsibility for my actions (no blaming circumstances or others), doing the mindset work. I love your afghan! Gorgeous pattern and some delicate details. I crochet and can appreciate all that went into that project. I started making afghans for loved ones a few years ago and to this day my Mom tells me how she can feel the love in it I'm sure your step daughter and spouse will love and appreciate it!4 -
