@Mrscanmore Crikeys Karen! You go girl!! The highest I've ever gotten was 25k and that was back in 2015 when I was hiking 🥾 in Glacier National Park. Good on you! 🎉
I've been walking to school and back, plus home and back at lunch. It's about .75 km each way. Plus we have 2 foster puppies and I've been taking them out for 2-3 short walks a day. So, it's really adding up! Especially on days that I run!!0 -

After Christmas, I noticed that I have a virtual trainer on my garmin. So, I picked a goal of running 5k in 30 min, which is my fastest time. Today was my virtual race. I finished in 28:28!1

Today I got my first container of locally grown 🍓🍓 at the farmers market. Was surprised to see them there this early. 🤤1
