Yes x 3! And I have great news. Went to dr today (2 month follow up for high blood pressure). She gave me two months to get my blood pressure down by following the dash diet. It’s now averaging around 110/70s and I lost 7-8 lbs. gotta keep dash diet for life but it works and it’s not hard.
Such great news — well done! Congratulations to you. 🌟 @bookieNJ

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No - I did walk to a business lunch and back but it wasn't intentional exercise
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - sloppily so though

    Pass days used - 1 (Mar 12)

My husband and I got carried away on wine - a once ever 2 year occurence maybe but it did very much derail my plans for the night.

    Onwards!

It's a pass-day for me. Today was a roller coaster. I had the settings on my phone to block unknown or hidden numbers (due to my abusive ex-husband) and the phone interviewer could not contact me. Luckily I explained the setting issue and they rescheduled the interview for the next day.
