    3️⃣ Pass days

    I got up today at 6am with the urge to start my week cooking healthy food. I know I'm weird but I love Mondays πŸ˜‚. I don't have a microwave in my workplace. My colleagues are happy to eat sandwiches everyday but I need warm and comforting food.
    I've bought two beautiful food flasks to bring one warm meal in each. I love Slimming World recipes. I made pea and mint soup and butternut squash curry.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 37 minutes of Senior Fitness with Meredith on YouTube. It was an advanced strength workout. I also rode my bike outside for 17 minutes.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Made a HelloFresh chicken with couscous and fresh veggies all in a bowl. It was pretty good. I have leftover couscous and veggies for tomorrows lunch.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No! I made a math mistake and ate too much! Last time I make that mistake.

    I joined too late for honors this month. Glad to be getting in the swing of things to practice for June.

    No tracking or logging today but yes to exercising. Most likely today was within calorie budget. I am working at getting my life organized and in a good routine. I just finished my first 2 weeks at my new job and back to the office. I am doing well at establishing good routines and habits in spite of my insomnia. I'm enjoying the new job and routine. It's a perfect time of year to start a new job too as it's easier to get motivated to get up early (early daylight) and do some outdoor activities in the evening as it's warmer and light out longer. All in all, I'm happy, praise God!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, public holiday here in this "neck of the woods". So I spent most part of the day in my garden. Was a bit sore at the end of the day! Thank God for daily exercises. I am sure that helps a lot!

    Trying to drink more water. I don't drink enough. I have a motivational water bottle but it's not motivating me πŸ˜‚ I'm thinking about using an app or some trick that remembers me I have to drink.

    We had a strenuous bike ride in the morning, and I swam about an hour in the afternoon.
