I got up today at 6am with the urge to start my week cooking healthy food. I know I'm weird but I love Mondays 😂. I don't have a microwave in my workplace. My colleagues are happy to eat sandwiches everyday but I need warm and comforting food.
I've bought two beautiful food flasks to bring one warm meal in each. I love Slimming World recipes. I made pea and mint soup and butternut squash curry.4 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 37 minutes of Senior Fitness with Meredith on YouTube. It was an advanced strength workout. I also rode my bike outside for 17 minutes.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. Made a HelloFresh chicken with couscous and fresh veggies all in a bowl. It was pretty good. I have leftover couscous and veggies for tomorrows lunch.
