I really enjoyed my time off work last week but man most of this week was hard mentally. It was probably a combo of previously being around people and having to be social more than I normally am, the hormone storm that is shark week and the rainy blah weather. After my hike Monday, didn’t exercise at all, barely tracked and went for unhealthy food choices more often than not. Fulfilled my various obligations but otherwise was just a lump on my bed and didn’t do anything.
I didn’t track today, but mainly had healthier food choices and prepped some healthy snacks, lunches for the next couple days. Should be able to get back into a routine this week. After Tuesday the weather should clear up and can get back to my walks outside. Can not work up as much enthusiasm for exercising indoors at the moment.

On the loseit discord group I'm in, someone had a great idea of making a menu for the weeks food instead of an exact meal plan. Though it might be a good way to keep on track, so made my own for the week. While not the prettiest by any means, it nice to have something in writing vs a mental plan.
