Hi everyone! I'm new here and very much appreciate this group. My main goal is to stop nightly sugar binges. I would like to get back into my old habits such as reaching devotionals about fitness, which you can find on the Bible app. I need to take notes on them so I can start changing my way of thinking. I'm at a high point with weight that I'm very upset about after getting through a difficult recovery from wisdom teeth. That's the gist of my story. Inspiring others helps me be creative in building and modifying my routine.1

Good Job everyone, I am so pleased seeing you push ahead even while I have been in hospital the past 4 weeks with 2 surgeries and recovering from each one. Keep up the great work! πππ
Since surgeries I have mainly focused on getting enough nutrition in and keeping up with my stretching to keep circulation moving!
