Good evening everyone. Happy summer solstice.
Check in for 6/21:
Calories - 2590 or close. Forgot the last numbers.
Steps - 10534. It felt really good.
Exercise - walk 1 hr 26 min. Started slow but slowly increased as legs felt better. Hoping for the gym tomorrow. Arms hurt today from gym yesterday.
@lindamtuck2018 maintenance please. If my weight doesn't come down then I will come off it.2 -

I weigh every day first thing in the morning. But I also record my weight in an app that shows trend lines so I don’t worry about the daily ups and down as long as I still trend either flat or down.3 -

Great step day! Do you use Happy Scale? I have been using it for over 3 years.2 -
Steps: 6,368
Exercise: 20 minutes chair yoga and some mini walks
Chair yoga was a lot harder than I thought. I really liked doing it and next time I will use a better chair. My husbands test went really well. It is a big relief as we were both worried.
I will be moving to support for July month. I would have missed 3 of the 5 weigh ins due to my trip. I still will be recording your weights just not weighing myself.

No walk today ... Mother nature had other plans .. I was woken up at 5am with thunder lightning and rain.. Alyssa and I are getting our 1st covid boosters this morning ... If I feel like it later I will do some kind of exercise at home ...it is windy and very ugly out1

Happy summer everyone. May it be safe and enjoyable.
Check in for 6/22:
Steps - 11559.
Calories - 2390 or so. Ate a samoon bread and had to guess wildly on it.
Exercise - walk 1 hr 22 minutes. Heat of the day. Felt a bit off towards the end but made it home ok. Tomorrow is either zoo or gym with daughter.
