I have logged all my food ...I would like to further my distance in walking for July (we shall see) and use my pool ..Haven't used it at all for June due to migraines and such
My words of wisdom for our new team mates is do not give up even if you gain weight .. this is from someone who has given up on herself more than I care to count ..You got this1 -

Even though I had my vacation early on the month, I still hit my June goal. I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing. Currently down 65 and am hoping to hit the 75 pound mark by the end of July.
Words of wisdom: log your food the night before. It helps SO much and allows you to make any adjustments. And find an exercise/activity you enjoy. Swimming laps is my thing.

This month has been my best weight loss month in awhile. So I need to keep eating less but more than I have. Because of my stomach issues and back I didn’t exercise as much but I think that helped with weight loss. I will be in vacation mode for part of July so my motto will be maintain.
I say this quote today and I think it applies to weight loss. “Life is a series of baby steps”
To the new members, never give up. Lose, gain or maintain please post. Accountability can be a big motivator in weight loss. I have had months that I gained but I keep coming here each day and it’s prevented me from gaining all my weight back. Use this group as a tool in your weight loss toolbox.

I've decided to find a therapist to help with past trauma and my food issues relating to the associated anxiety/fear. No luck so far. The first place I called isn't accepting new patients... I will keep trying!3 -

Awesome loss! When I did therapy for my eating disorder I was referred by my doctor. Would your doctor be able to help you find a therapist. I hope it helps you once you get started.1 -
