I can excuse you until you heal ...tomorrow is the last day of June for us ... so if you want you can give me today and tomorrow and I can excuse you on Sunday and you can be excuse for however long it takes you to heal (so you wouldn't post your steps ) Let me know what you want to do ..Thanks1 -

I've decided to find a therapist to help with past trauma and my food issues relating to the associated anxiety/fear. No luck so far. The first place I called isn't accepting new patients... I will keep trying!

Good evening all. Time to relax for the first weekend of summer. Just don't relax your steadfast resolve for your eating and health.
Check in for 6/24:
Steps - 6918 plus 10 minutes recumbent bike light effort. I had a few thousand more since my watch died right after I got to the zoo this evening. The battery went from 30% to zero in 15 minutes. Maybe it is dying after a year?
Calories - 2600 or so. Late night snacking. Dam.
Exercise - gym after lunch. 8 machines with 2 leg machines and 10 minutes bike.
Steps for 6/23: 11686
Went to the zoo yesterday morning/afternoon and went back tonight for nighttime zoo. 5 1/2 hours total.
@Megan_smartiepants1970 I would like to rejoin the step challenge for July, please.
@lindamtuck2018 may I start my weigh ins for July pls? I will start on support but will be prepared to come back if my weight stays up. I will weigh on Fridays and we can use 234.0 as my starting weight. That was my weight this morning.2 -

I have gotten back into my exercise routine after my surgery and difficult recovery. For July I need to get my eating back under control as I slow down my extra intake needed for recovery.
Words of wisdom...like all of the others who have shared so far, mine is don't give up. Even your successes can lead to setbacks. Go thru them and come out the other side ready to go again.2 -

I had hoped to be down 1 lb this week. But a loss is a loss, I can’t be too disappointed. I had gotten down to about this weight in September of last year before my hubby got really sick. Next week will be a big deal if I can get to 152…
I think I have done pretty good tracking and exercising this month, with the exception of a short vacation. There is always room for improvement. I’m excited that seasonal fruits and veggies are picking up at the farmers market. Cherries from Colorado are here. Soon will be apricots and peaches. And I hope to have a bumper crop in my garden of big fat slicing tomatoes for sandwiches. Although we are still a long way from that.
Looks like the team has had some pretty good losses so far this week! Yay!
