    Still struggling with my chronic coughing and now on top of that having back spasms which led to me being bed more often then not😨😨 so decided to lay off exercises this week.

    Well, I can't complain too much - I suspect that's "Aunt Flo". I'm staying within my calorie budget (mostly), so we'll see what happens next week.
