    Goals/Comments: I've been so miserable with these migraines and coughing spasms so Google search and found that manuka honey mixed with cough medicine may help so going to try it

    So I just did my weigh in. A little disappointed. I really wanted wanted to the second half of the year off better. But I’m still determined to get my health back. I constantly make excuses but there are no more excuses left. Time to be real. Accept my responsibility in my health.
