No worries had to wait for the new Spreadsheet to be updated by Ashley before I could create one. So just did it and shared it with you. Sorry I have been down and out this month my health conditions just getting worse.Hey Team,
Sorry for flaking out these past two weeks. I have been checking periodically for the new spreadsheets, which was posted 7/17, even though my health has been downhill which led to depression and not eating correctly so I gain like 40lbs in the last 3 weeks due to steroids, antibiotics on top of poor food choices. I was going to remove myself and just be on the cheer squad, but I promised myself no matter what I will keep on keeping on. So here I go once again trying to get my head on straight.
The POSITIVE: I pass my first course with 4.0 GPA YAY!!!

Sorry guys, my husbands aunt passed away this week. We drove to Tampa from Raleigh for the services. Got back late last night.2

Was away from home a lot this week and Had several days of takeout and also have more food stuck in transit than normal. Like most places this coming week it is going to be really hot, Only have two shorter social things planned and should have a lot less take out and more healthish stuff. I’m hoping those two lbs will drop next week. Wednesday is delivery day for our range but I really don’t trust that. I’m trying to think positive thoughts though.

Well not a good month. I ended gaining 2lbs. I have been in this challenge for 2 years and this past month is like a derail. My poor eating habits have started cravings for salty carbs. Lack of activity has created apathy. I have a lot of hard work to get back to a better place. Thank you for all Slimsons support.1 -
