Looking for Support on a Mindful, Low Carb Weight Loss Journey

Please add me if you're looking for MFP friends for support. I've successfully lost weight in the past, and now I'm at a space mentally that I can do it again, after having two children (now 3 and 1 yo.) I have all the knowledge of nutrition I need, but being a part of a community helps me tremendously. I follow a low carb diet combined with intermittent fasting (16/8) and feel that this is the best for me personally. I have 60+ lbs to lose, and am feeling encouraged after losing over 10 lbs the first week. I know what causes this rapid weight loss in the beginning of lc, and that it not mainly fat, but still, very encouraging. :) Let's cheer each other on.

    What macros do you try and stick to?
    Are you exercising or just calories out > calories in?
