Hi everyone! I'm new here and trying very much to lose weight in a healthy way. In the past, I lost weight very easily, but I didn't choose the most healthy methods, and now I'd like to do what's best for my body. I'm in my 40s and I love the changes I've noticed in my attitude, I would love for my body, health, and fitness level, and appearance to match how I feel.

I’m finding the healthy way to be very slow and challenging; however, much worth the life changes overall! Our bodies change so much as we age, so like you I’m trying to have my mind, body, energy levels and such all be on the same page!0
