Day late but still here.
I'm wondering if we should just start a new group or continue to try get this one going? Any feedback would be wonderful
How was everyone's week? I went off the wagon last week, had out-of-town guests, didn't track, overindulged, and now trying to get back on track. But it was a fun week.

this week has been okay . Just focusing on meal planning and meal prep. I am down 6lbs this week. My goal was 1-2lbs so I will take it per usual . I am not complaining at all.
Regarding starting a new group whatever you decide you have my support. So many times I feel like I am talking to myself because I am not sure if anyone is actually reading and responding anymore. So for those that actually wish to support each other I would say either way you will be find we will support you either way.0 -

Ktilton- 6 pounds is great! We can’t expect that every week, but it’s so exciting when our bodies respond to our healthy choices with weight loss!
I’m down another pound. I lost about 11 pounds this summer. I’m happy with that. We have been traveling a lot and the first couple of months I put on 5 pounds (I didn’t pack my scale and didn’t realize what i was doing)😮 So now I have my scale and I’m in a good routine.
