I have decided to move to support until I get a grip on my sleep. I was awake a good bit of the night worrying about weigh in which lead to a binge. This in turn lead to a jump on the scales. My scales are put away for at least 2 weeks.

I am going to have to drop out of the challenge and from mfp altogether. I need to take care of something personal, which will take all my time and I need to focus on that at the moment.
It'll be too stressful for me to do both the challenges and then to take care of what I need to. No social media of any kind until I've got this personal stuff taken care of.
Thank you all for everything, you're a wonderful group of people I wish you the very best. Hopefully, I'll be back by November, but don't really know at this time.

I am going to have to drop out of the challenge and from mfp altogether. I need to take care of something personal, which will take all my time and I need to focus on that at the moment.
It'll be too stressful for me to do both the challenges and then to take care of what I need to. No social media of any kind until I've got this personal stuff taken care of.

Good morning all. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the end of summer.
Check in for 9/9:
Steps 11,999. Couldn't take one more step before climbing in bed. Lol.
Calories - 2200? Had to guess on lunch.
Exercise - 2 games of pickleball. Had to leave early to pick up daughter from work. 45 minutes.
Finally got some rain yesterday. Not much and still really muggy, but it felt good. Walked in evening to get outside. Slow so I don't consider it exercise.2 -

Happy Sunday Team !
Well yet another gain me me this month. I’m not sure what’s happening. My eating has gotten a little better, I’m working out. Still my trainers new program but I’ve also started Karate 3 times a week. I just have to not give up. It’s extra frustrating. I just can’t seem to get myself back Into weight loss mode. I go down a few Lbs then back up then back down then back up. Whatever. Im feeling pretty defeated this week.

It can be disappointing when you do everything 'right' and you don’t get the results you want. But you know this is about being patient. Look how far you've come!
Focus on non-scale victories. Are your clothes getting looser? Are you able to control what you eat? Are you feeling better!?
If yes, then you're still progressing and the scales will start moving again soon!!4 -
