I've been struggling to get those last few pounds off. My doctor has set my new goal weight for 160 and I keep yo-yoing with the same .8 lbs. I plan to increase my accountability with this group and start participating in the daily tracking. I read the daily tracking starts on a Sunday but I may start posting before that day. Thank you for this wonderful group.1 -
