    Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. If Mom can show us movement in both ways LOL she gets to go home tomorrow. I’m trying to boost her spirits with some her favorite songs to make that happen.

    Interesting choices as my daughter was asking me just yesterday if I knew about Bill Withers. She was broadening her music horizons.

    I've been struggling to get those last few pounds off. My doctor has set my new goal weight for 160 and I keep yo-yoing with the same .8 lbs. I plan to increase my accountability with this group and start participating in the daily tracking. I read the daily tracking starts on a Sunday but I may start posting before that day. Thank you for this wonderful group.
