I seem to be maintaining between 162 and 164 for weeks now. I think im ok as i am, dont really need to loose anymore, can you switch me to the maintenance group for November please. Thanks for all your support 😊

Struggling this week with a combination of travelling days in the rv, rainy weather and no swimming pools! On the bright side Monday was my personal best in walking steps!

I unpacked my scale to weigh-in before heading on our trip!! I won't take it with me so, I won't weigh myself till I get back, so keeping me on support is good. Also, Lis, I still want to compete in the 11 lbs. by 12/21. I just won't weigh back in till the middle of next month. I hope this doesn't cause any issues.

Just a quick update. My niece is still in bad shape. But we are coming together as a family and are helping to get her teenager placed with a trusted family member. Thank you all for your well wishes and prayers. We are now getting ready to take a trip hubs and I had planned for a long time to our place in NM. I still might have to make a side trip to help with my niece. Again, thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Lee2

Calories - 2680. Ugh.
Exercise - a lot. Lol. Gym early morning. 9 machines and 19 minutes walking outside. Pickleball after that for 2 hours. Walked home from that and took 38 minutes.1 -

Make sure you're counting your calories accurately. If you are then don't worry,
sometimes it takes a while for the scales to catch up! Keep going and you'll see the reward eventually!0 -

Congrats on reaching goal! I will get you moved over for November. You still remain on the Downsizers team and will weigh in weekly. I need a maintenance range you want to stay in. I will put it as 162 to 164 for now until you let me know. If you are out of your range for two weeks in a row, you move back to the main team until you are back in range.Sorry for the delay 😔

I agree with @fatfifties. If you are not using a food scales I recommend you do.

I am giving myself a check for exercise as I did some strength training and then I cleaned up my plants on the balcony. It’s something I have been putting off. Just have to get rid of the pots I don’t want for next year. Time to go grocery shopping.3 -
