Hi everyone. It’s day 1 of LRD and I’m in surgery on the 20th of this month for bypass. How is everyone doing?

    You must be getting excited! I'm over a year out now and while I've certainly lost, I'm struggling with eating again. I have been walking more. I have two new knees that made this possible so I'm hoping with more movement I'll spark some motivation.

    Let us know how you're getting on before and after surgery.
