    Hi Team, I'm new. I looked for the November chat, to post my stats, but still can't seem to find it XD

    So I'll post my recent weigh ins for this week here for now.

    My starting weight is 178.5 and weigh in day is Saturday.
    If too late for November, that’s ok. I can leave it another month

    Tracked calories yes I was way over. I’m traveling for work and I’m always eating to much.
    Activity: indoor run 50 minutes 3.88 miles 571 active calories burned
    Total steps for the day: 17,241

    Great job getting a run in, and soooo many steps, while traveling! I am impressed!

    I'm curious, what is your healthy go-to for lunches?
    I made a large batch of chicken/veggie/bean/spinach soup on Sunday, that is easy to warm up at work for lunch. I will most likely have this all week... if I don't get too tired of it.

    How do you get so many steps in one day! I am lucky to get close to 10k on a good day!
    I was quite surprised at that total myself, especially since my walk was shorter than usual (I get around 100 steps/minute walking and 150 steps/minute jogging). An hour walk plus my usual one-hour water aerobics class -- which gets me 3,000-3,500 steps (although this morning, I actually got 4,000 steps!) -- will get me close to 10,000 steps. Yesterday, in addition to my walk and "aquafit", I took a new class called "aqua combat" (an hour long HIIT class in water). It was quite intense. Beyond those exercises, I did some shopping and was more active at home. I'm going to monitor my next aqua combat class to see how many steps it gets me. 🤔

    What's ironic is that an hour of walking gets me ~6,500 steps and an hour of water aerobics gets me only about half that. Yet my average heart rate is probably 25-30 beats higher during the water aerobics than the walking. 🤷‍♂️

    My go to lunch here lately has been a chicken breast with a vegetable lately it’s been beets. And I usually have 2 servings of fruit. Mine lately has been grapes and a apple
