I started out great and from April to Nov '20, I lost about 30lbs. This team has been great for support and motivation! I decided to finish my degree online while working from home full-time and got completely overwhelmed, which led to me dropping the ball on my health. Now I'm about back to where I started, weight-wise. I'm working from the office again, I've settled into a better rhythm on my schoolwork, and the next step is to add going to the gym.     So it's only a 0.4lb loss, but I'm calling it a win because I went to a Halloween Party on Saturday, a birthday party on Sunday, and trick-or-treating with my great-nephews on Monday. I'll take any number that's less than last week! :D

    Monday, 10/31: 8,644
    Tuesday, 11/1: 7,440

    It’s a loss so that’s all that matters. Great stepping!

    Yesterday I decided to do mini walks and use my dumbbells. I ended up with a total of 35 minutes of exercise. I am off to start my busy day.

    Good evening. Cold and drizzly here. Makes it harder to do walks but it is much needed.

    Exercise - pickleball for 90 minutes, walked home in the cold rain. 38 minutes.

    Surprising considering i haven't been that good with my diet. I think it was offset by how busy ive been. Had the week off work so we got lots of things done around the house, setting up for Halloween, then we decorated the living room and de-cluttered the garage, i did an extra nightshift and it was really busy. Our greyhound escaped whilst we were decorating and i had to run all the way to the woods to catch him, which was not easy, he's an ex racer and can go 40mph if he wants to!

    Starting to lift weight on Monday. My loose skin is making me look flabby lol. Time to hopefully tone it up. I really don't like lifting weights but oh well. I'll be lifting after I'm done my morning run

    I know exactly what caused the gain. I go out for supper every Wednesday night with my card group. This week it was terribly salty. Thursday morning I was up 5 pounds. 😳 Not going back there anymore. I will do better next week.

    You can post daily or weekly (whatever is easiest for you ... I always post a reminder of the people's steps I need every Sunday Morning :)

    I can’t believe I am 69 steps short. My weight is back down this morning. I am 206.4 which is 3 pounds less than Friday and down 5 from Thursday. I am off to go grocery shopping as my husband is ready to go.

    YAY! in the 140s again!
    Sitting in the parking lot of the gym about to go to weight lifting class.

    A friend gave me 2 quarts of honey so I am going to make baklava today (never made it before). So hopefully I can find enough neighbors etc to pass out extras!
