    I am so sorry team.. I am trying and seem to be bouncing around by the day. I may need to just jump into a 24 hr fast or so to get going. OMAD is back on track and I picked up my yoga challenge along with GoT challenge so getting more exercise. What I need to do is measure and see how far off I am instead of just this scale. Speaking of scales.. I got a new one for Christmas that gives me all these good (well bad for now) numbers to help me see what is what with the body. I cant wait for the downturn in some of those graphs!
