Iβm so sorry I disappeared! We were out of town and then my husband came down with the flu type A and Iβm down with something that is not Covid or flu.
Anyway, here is my new weight: 223.4
I will do better in staying connected. I renewed my subscription to Lose It and I actually tracked my food on Wednesday.

Good morning! I didn't post my weigh in here for last week but it was pretty rough. Happy to say I've reeled it mostly back in before I fly out to Atlanta today π
I did not have all yes days this week. Some days Under, some days just exercise and tracking, not all three every day. I plan to refocus on hitting the MUAC daily after I return Wednesday night.
