 Have a wonderful day, folks!
Welcome back! I love your words of wisdom.Running4Bipolar wrote: »@Megan_smartiepants1970 @lindamtuck2018
I have been wanting to change my username on here forever. Can you update me on the spread sheet from Tessita_07 to @running4bipolar?
We will get the changes made. Exercising is so good for our mental health. I read a quote that said food is the most over used anti anxiety medication and exercise is the most underused antidepressant. It is so true.
My anxiety issues have completely disappeared since I got in shape
It’s amazing the benefits we see with weight loss. It’s been inspiring to watch you on your journey. Your determination is amazing. Now we get to see how maintenance is done.1

How Exciting! I know exactly how this feels.

And finally home and weighed in at 199.6lb! Up from 189lb 2 weeks ago.
It's not her fault. It's mine. She didn't hold my nose and make me swallow all those carbs!!!
Does anyone else have friends and relatives sabotaging their weight loss efforts? Any hints for coping with them?
Just scary how easy it is to slip back into old ways!
Back in the rv now. All temptation removed. 24.6lb to lose to reach my target weight by my 60th birthday on 20 April!! (Hoping for a big water weight drop once I cut the carbs out)
You won’t be long losing the weight you gained. Flying can add water weight for some people. I find older people tend to not get the dieting. I tend to smile and nod my head. As for friends, most of mine are always dieting. Lol You are right about slipping into old ways. If I am stressed or go into a depression I am back to all my bad habits.aactuallyaash wrote: »

Smart plan. Keto is a diet that always intrigued me. My doctor is not on board with me trying it because of my cholesterol. Hope you recover quickly. ❤️🩹

Omg me 🙋♀️ It’s like your disappointing them or not being fun unless you join in the eating and drinking. I don’t have any coping mechanisms so I’ve just been avoiding people and only agreeing to daytime meet ups 🙈2

Still not achieving my water intake goal and haven’t logged food. Had the mindset that I can “watch” and “measure” by looking at food portions. 😬. That didn’t work! I can go back to the gym next week for the first time since November! It’s going to be slow going but I’m so happy to get started again!!!!!!!! Sure hope next Wednesday I’ll see a loss! Have a great week!3

Think that's why traveling in my motorhome makes it so much easier to lose weight ... no socialising or bad influence! You're in the UK aren't you? I'm from Swansea but live in Spain, so glad there is no m&s food here!1

Yes! Love that you’re living that rv life. Literally living the dream. I have a vintage caravan that I take my kids away in for summer. It’s just the best. New locations, outdoor living and simple
food. We only travel uk though.
Luckily M&S is too expensive for us to have often although they have small sourdough pizzas now that are only 415 calories 🙌

Well done! I need a goal weight range. You still weigh in weekly. If you are above your upper goal range 2 weeks in a row you move back to the main team until you are back in range.
So close to a couple of small goals this week: dropping another pants size, and dropping to the next group of ten. It's one set of ten for me until I reach my goal.
Those small goals add up to big goals.
