    PW:165.8
    CW:164.4
For exercise I’m doing 20min stair climber setting 4 & 20 minutes treadmill on setting 3.0.

Sorry my posting hasn’t been better. I just got a new phone & switched networks to Verizon due to some serious T-Mobile network issues in my area so hopefully it’s smooth sailing going forward. I’m learning to use an iPhone from scratch though so I’m a posting work in progress.😊

    Great loss!

Not much to offer in my defense, other than I totally burned out last week and just couldn't push myself! Back on it with the steps this week, because I was really feeling the benefits of the increased energy and motivation.

Our son is visiting with 2 friends on their way down to Florida for Spring break so it was a heavy meal last night and I've got a big presentation today which I've been working on most of the weekend so high stress and sitting at my desk didn't help matters. Our Spring break starts this Friday so I'm looking forward to long walks on the beach with Susan (and a little swimming in the ocean as well).

    Great job everyone!

Came down with my yearly shingles outbreak. I get them on my butt cheek. More annoying than painful but I'm not gonna lie and I say I don't play it up to get out of things (guess who has the day off haha). Still managed to go for my run and workout. Ah well. Less than 3 weeks till my 5km race. Shingles or no shingles I gotta get my run in.

    DAILY CHECK IN:
    Saturday 03/11

    - Calories: 1044 (goal 1200-1600)
    - Water: 90 oz
    - Gym: no
    - Walk: yes - 3 miles
    - Protein: 59g (85 goal)
    - Fiber: 6g (25 goal)
    - THOUGHTS: I have started weighing my food more frequently instead of just measuring or guessing. I’m not going to be hard core about it, but I am liking the accuracy.

    STEPS:
    03/05: 11,751
    03/06: 12,269
    03/07: 13,617
    03/08: 10,111
    03/09: 11,148
    03/10: 16,166
    03/11: 17,281

That is something I am trying to get back into but this morning I threw everything in the crockpot and realized I didn’t weigh the meat. I am pretty good at sizing things up but it’s good to weigh to see how accurate we are estimating.

We had a lovely brunch yesterday to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We all came back to our place to have cake. It was really good but rich. I didn’t log as the day got away from me. I am pretty sure I was within calories. Today begins my busy week of appointments.

    Don’t forget about the bingo.

    Steps:
    3/9:11,702
    3/10:15,533
    3/11:1,485 (clearly a non-active rest day lol)

    3/12:8,931

    Current Week:
    Water✔️
    Calories
    Exercise✔️

So I did gain last week, but my measurements are down overall! I can get behind that, I'm still in the gym 3 days a week and try to do at least 20 mins of activity all days (except for this past Saturday). I'm looking forward to a loss this week.

The BINGO challenge runs from Sunday March 12th - Saturday March 18th?
    I printed a copy.
Free space is worth 0 points or 5 points?
Lines can be across, down, and diagonal?
So the same card is used each day for all 7 days so once you achieve 1 box (e.g., Get 30 minutes of cardio) then you earn 5 points and you can't achieve that same box the next day?
Just making sure I understand and am playing accurately.

As to the box that says, "What motivated you today?"
    - @lindamtuck2018 posting this BINGO challenge is what motivated me today as it has given me a focus and direction and a challenge to work towards achieving and I like challenges with points, lol!

Without knowing it was a BINGO challenge, I shared 2 quotes with 2 different fit pals today so I earned a point just by being me/my usual self lol!
"Every time you eat or drink you are either feeding disease or fighting it." (Author Unknown.)
    (shared with @Tail0rMade22)
"A healthy lifestyle not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood." (Author Unknown)

You really don't have to spend all week making up for 1 day. Just go back to your routine. I'm going out for dinner this week to this amazing place that has thin crust pizza. Will more than likely go over my calories. I won't change any of the other days surrounding it because one day doesn't matter. Enjoy your second helping!
