- THOUGHTS: Twisted my ankle out on the trail tonight. Everything seemed fine at the time, I finished up another 3 miles at a drastically reduced pace. But, then I got home and took off my shoes and my ankle ballooned so quick. Que sera sera.

Weigh In Day: Saturday
PW (Previous Weight): 151.0 pounds (lost 2.8 pounds)
CW (Current Weight): 150.3 pounds (lost 0.7 pounds)
Another successful weigh in today! WOOHOO! After 3 weeks of gaining, I have now had 3 weeks of losing! Down 5.5 pounds in 3 weeks! Down 19.8 pounds from my highest weight in 2016. So close to 20 pounds gone. So close to being half way to my goal weight. So close to getting back into the 140s! Yesterday when I weighed myself to see if I was on track for a loss today the scale said 149.9 pounds so there is hope that I will get into the top end of the 140s for next Saturday's official weigh in!
