Weigh In Day: Saturday
PW (Previous Weight): 153.8 pounds (lost 2.0 pounds)
CW (Current Weight): 151.0 pounds (lost 2.8 pounds)
After gaining 3 weeks in a row and trying to get back on track, I have now lost 2 weeks in a row. Feeling happy and proud of myself. I have been trying to eat less and think about what I am choosing to eat and trying not to eat if I am not actually hungry or needing to eat as before I could easily eat just because I was craving something or because I was wanting to snack while watching TV or because I was at home and thought I should eat again even if I didn't really need to.
I have lost a total of 4.8 pounds in 2 weeks which is not normal for me so feeling ecstatic about that! In the past 3 months, since joining this challenge and trying to get myself to make healthier choices again, I have lost 6.9 pounds. I am down 19.1 pounds from my highest weight in 2016. Looking forward to getting down to 20 pounds lost again and NOT putting it back on again! Once I achieve 20 pounds gone then I am half way to my goal as I want to lose 40 pounds. Once I get over the hump of 20 pounds gone I think it will help propel me to keep going knowing that I have finished half of the work and I only have half more to go!
Thanks to those of you have encouraged me in this group or on my newsfeed/profile.
An extra special thanks to those who gave me "punishments"/consequences/challenges when I asked for a kick in the butt or when you saw me making unhealthy choices as that is the one strategy that has always helped me get back on track as well as push myself to make different choices. I know some people feel bad calling me out when I make bad choices but please don't as I assure you that the accountability REALLY helps me! It's the one strategy that has always helped me but it's hard to keep in place as people come and go from MPF or they don't have time to hold me accountable or they feel mean telling me to do or not do things based on my unhealthy choices but I thrive from the accountability so keep those consequences and challenges coming my way!
Well done, go you!1 -

Really well done!!! Did logging food and seeing the actual calories help? And are you still logging? I really believe it's the only way. Good to see more vegetables and fruit appearing in your diet and no trail mix in sight!!! Keep doing what your doing xx1 -

Steps: 3,559
Sleep: 👍👍👍👍❌👍👍
Log food: 👍👍👍❌👍👍👍
Exercise: 👍👍
I think last week was the best all around week I had in awhile. I even managed 2 days of exercise. My plan for next week is to get to the pool at least two times. Monday and Thursday are the days I am aiming to get this done. A friend goes early on some days so she is going to kick my butt if I don’t go. Off to do some errands with my husband.
Have a relaxing Sunday4 -

DAILY CHECK IN:

- Water: 84 oz
- Gym: no
- Walk: no
- Protein: 110g (85 goal)

- THOUGHTS: every time I get close to a goal, I seem to take two steps beck. The excitement I felt last week seems to have drained out of my body. My mood is horrible today. I’m sure the gobs of nutritionally void foods I’ve eaten the last couple of days has something to do with it. My goal today is to turn my mood around and turn this trend back around.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe my name is all over the leader board for this past week!
That never even occurred to me.
I was just reading the posts by our group members and the winners were posted and I was reading it not even thinking my name would be there and then I kept seeing my name and I was like... what?!?!?!?
This is the pick me up I needed today to help me get back on track after disastrous eating choices yesterday!
So glad I joined this challenge!
I've always found the weekly weigh ins helpful, especially when you have to post it where others see it.
Also, I love the interaction with so many of you in this group and in my newsfeed!5 -
You all did amazing this week!4

Weigh In Day: Sunday , Marh 25th
PW (Previous Weight): 150.5 lb
CW (Current Weight): 151.5 lb
The past 2 weeks have been very stressful, and last week I didn't sleep well.
Last week I let myself enjoy a bow of apple crisp with vanilla icecream, but it was a bad choice eating too much peanuts in front the tv. Although I went down hill about my food choices, I logged my food intake and was conscious where it was getting me. 🙄
For a couple of days I was thinking, "Well I can fast for a day and keep my weight loss intacted." However, I decided to go easy on myself. I don't have to win every time.
Sometimes people don't know how much we can struggle just to keep the same weight week after week. Right?
This team has great people sharing their victories and struggles. You all help me accepting life's ups and downs and keeping going.
Thank you for charing, and I let's rock this week! ❤7 -
