I will post this again. I posted on Monday page 35
I apologize as I must have missed the post. Thanks for reposting.Hello everyone! Megan said this was the place to be, so I am really excited to be part of the squad. April is going to be a solid month
Welcome! Definitely the place to be as we have a great team.Hello everybody, My name is Karly. I was in this group a long time ago, for a very short time. However, after turning 60 year's old this month, I've decided it's about time to finally put my health and life back on track and get healthier with an improved weight-loss plan. There's no other place I felt that could help me achieve this goal, then on here with the all the amazing downsizers.
Glad to see you back. Happy belated birthday.NouveauRee wrote: »Taking a peek and waving hello 👋 Hi Team Downsizers!

Steps: 10,574
Sleep: 👍👍👍
Log food: 👍👍👍
Exercise: 👍👍
My mindfulness course starts in 20 minutes. Went to the pool yesterday and had a great swim. I want to build my swim time up. I only did 32 laps yesterday. I think the most I ever did was 90. I would like to beat my highest swim burn which I did a year ago next month.
Have a great Wednesday.4 -
I've hit the low end of my Maintenance Range. Gonna make an appointment with a dietician since it's covered on my benefits. I'm now at 225.8 pounds and I really don't want to lose anymore (I'm 6"4).
You know what's crazy. I started last February at 388.6 pounds. I had my calories set to 2 pounds lost per week.
I eat more NOW at 225 than I did when I started at 388.66 -
@Megan_smartiepants1970
Hi Megan. I am unable to send messages. Not sure why, but the last couple of messages did not post. I have put in an issue with MFP.
3/23: 8,605
3/25: 8,006
These are the only days I'm sure I met my step goal. My Garmin has been a little wonky for a few days, and I don't just want to guess.
Would you like to me to excuse you until you can resolve the issues with MFP?0 -

When I Started my weight loss journey, a few years back, swimming was what I started with as exercise. Strangely enough, they close the public pools here in the winter. It's florida! Anyway, the closest one to me is 40 mins away and i hope to join you in laps when it reopens the end of May!3 -

So awesome! So many fad diets tell us to basically starve ourselves (which we did) and now our metabolisms are paying the price. It's encouraging to know we can have our cake and (sometimes) it it too!4 -

Lol I eat Pizza twice a week for dinner. I just make it fit into my day and don't go for the double cheese double meat option.
This grind it much more tolerable when you learn you can have fun with it.5 -
Thanks to everyone for welcoming me back. That's what I remember the most about this team, is how supportive and encouraging everyone was. Really looking forward to this new chapter in my life and having y'all along for the ride. It really helps to read how everyone else is doing and knowing that I'm not alone on this journey anymore.
Thanks for allowing me back on this wonder team.

I'm not even upset, but this my first nurture phase...I hate not fasting but I'm taking care of me. Hopefully i don't gain too much weight by taking care of myself 🤣🤣🤣7 -
I am struggling today for the first time in a little while. Weight hasn't changed - weigh in day is tomorrow so I was hoping for a good day but I am SO hungry today. I haven't felt satisfied by any of my usual meals/snacks and have just eaten dinner at 3.45 because I was just so hungry. It's not looking good with the rest of the afternoon/evening to go. I'm not sure what's going on with me, maybe because it's time of the month but I have tried to go with it rather than fight it and end up in a binge. Just annoying when I hoped I still had a chance to lose for tomorrow.
BUT at the very beginning of the week I shot up 3lbs after a few meals out in a row and I managed to get that back down quickly by not panicking and just getting back into it, so I guess I'll count that as my win (and tbf not gaining tomorrow will be a win after those meals out).4 -
