Monday April 3
Today was a better day than yesterday. ☺️
Back in the pool today. 70+ minutes of water jogging and lane swimming. Right shoulder still isn’t settled back down so took it easy on the front crawl and did three lengths of breast stroke to every one of fc. Tracked it all and right on base calories.
Tomorrow is a weight lifting day and I’ll learn the new machines (which was to happen last week but the installers were back dealing with the new televisions in the space we needed to use).

Congratulations to all the Champions! I am hoping to be a Champion again this month! I have had a headache for the last 5 days, and before that I had a long work day, and before that I was sick for a few days ... those are my excuses for flaking out at the end of March. This month I have a 5 day trip with the kids which will definitely be pass days, but I think I can still check in.5 -
