Hey Fam, It’s a “Question of the Day” kinda day.

Question: What small, consistent action that you are currently doing (or would like to start) today that your FUTURE SELF would thank you for?

To be consistent with tai chi and meditation that goes along with being mindful about what I put in my mouth which equates to exercise.

    Apr 12 ✅️✅️✅️

Trying to do a minimum 20 minutes daily exercise is my challenge atm. I struggle with insomnia and some nights I'll head upstairs right after supper. This allows me enough broken up sleeping hours to function at my job. I'm somewhat surprised how difficult the 20 minutes has been. Working from home was good for me; I could get up later (no need to do hair and makeup). No need to iron suits, polish shoes, etc. Food prep didnt matter, could throw something in the oven while working. And I could exercise during meetings, climb stairs for a few minutes throughout the day, bike for a full hour at lunch, jump in the pool immediately after logging off for the night... I really do miss it. Ah well, retirement is coming next...

      Exercise – yes
      Tracked – yes
      Calories – yes
      1 pass day so far.

Habits that my future self will thank me for?
Regular weighing – I currently weigh myself every day and use a trend app,
Tracking food – and being aware of calorie intake
      Exercise

All the three objectives of this challenge.

I’m 72 and keeping myself as well and active as possible is my goal.
