            Hmm, that special time of the month! NSVs
 I think I got one of the Bingos for my NSV- "IMPROVE REGULARITY". The past few months of working on a very important project has stretched me "much" so that my healthy habits have bee challenged. Thank God for some well established habits that pull me through.
 I can't wait to read other peoples NSVs.2

            My NSV I have been able to do a CORE workout focusing on abdomen and not struggle.
 Tracked logged and exercised we worked in the yard all day raked out pool sand area from last year no pool thanks to the neighbor put up our clam shell reclaimed the garden for a few flower pots and the rest grass seed and put down pavers we are short 40 dh and son going to get more tomorrow and then we are done.3

 I hit his milestone this week. I'm shooting to hit 2,023 fitibit miles (not running) in 2,023. My tracker says "WHOA! You're crushing this challenge! Keep it up, you're on pace to finish on December 11th, 2023 and not a day later!"

 Despite having 2 glasses of wine with my BFF I managed to stay under my calorie goal for the day.
 My NSV for the week.....since it was so hot I pulled out the size large shorts I bought for last summer and found that they are getting pretty loose. I don't think a medium would fit quite yet but hopefully in another 5 pounds or so.
 Had my weekly weigh in and was down 2/10th's of a pound. Pretty happy with that considering it was Easter week plus we ate out twice while the grandsons were staying over. Only 8/10th's of a pound until I reach 70 pounds lost. Hoping to make it there by the end of the coming week. Fingers crossed!

 NSV - beware old lady in swim suit sunbathing. Being able to get my vit D for about 20 minutes is what keeps me honestly in maintenance plus I have such a large swimsuit collection πππ€£. 1 1

 I have a UTI and Im allowing myself to go over drinking cranberry juice. However, Ive been using that as an excuse to eat some junk food and am going excessively over.
 My NSV: blazers are fitting better through the chest/upper back area.4
