I had salisbury steak meatball over cauliflower/potato puree. The first time I made these I followed the recipe and the meatballs stuck in the instant pot. Now I just bake them in the oven first before continue the receipe. I used her suggestion to use half cauliflower and half potato for a more consistant mashed potato texture. The meatballs are tender and the gravy is delicious. My husband didn't realize that their was cauliflower in the mash.

Thanks for sharing. I will definitely try this. I really like her recipes. I discovered her @ Christmas 2015 by trying her Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpeas with Minted Yogurt recipe. That one of hers is on my rotation list. I just went back and looked it up to get the name correct and noticed my comment is still there lol. I posted around 2 am in the morning apparently, which is quite consistent with my insomnia...0 -

@ddainiak - This is one of my favorite Skinnytaste recipes! I usually make them in the crockpot but, like you, I also bake them in the oven first.1
