    Yes - I'm down a pound but between eating out Friday night (power was out due to heavy storms), Saturday night (my Mom's birthday) and Sunday night (high school basketball banquet for my son), it was hard to get a break although I chose reasonably health options when I could. Monday weigh ins are tough so at the end of April, I'm switching my weigh-in day to Fridays. Does this mean I should plan to weigh in next Monday (24th) and Friday (28th) to set a new baseline?

    Lost 2.8lbs since last week. However, yesterday afternoon was a bit rough for me as I’m sure I ate way over my calorie limit (I did some emotional eating). ☹️ Looking to do better this week though!

    When you arrive for 10 days in Athens for your 60th birthday, promising yourself you'll stay in your maintenance range, but not really believing it ..... and the hotel room has a weighing scales!!!! Just incase I was thinking of over eating 😪

    Congrats on the loss! I can move your weigh day to Fridays now if you want. You could weigh again this Friday or wait until the 27th. If you want to wait until the end of the month, you can weigh on both the 24th and 27th.
