Let me go first - recently I found Gardein F'sh Fillets! These little things are delicious! I used some warmed Mission Street Tacos and made a small portion of homemade Vegan Tartar Sauce, courtesy of Minimalist Baker, and these were GOOD.
They were super easy to make too! You can microwave to save time before pan frying, and the house doesn't end up getting that "fishy" smell after. Definitely eating these for a quick lunch again!1
