    I want to get back to strength training.
    I have a gym membership that I really should be using.
    I'd like to incorporate my lunch into a workout 45 minutes. I've done it before...I can do it again.....

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    4/19/2023 - Lost my mind. Dinner was leftovers with controlled portions. Just wasn't satisfied, and then I lost my mind. First a 130 calorie bag of pistachio's. Nope - that didn't do it..2 cups of skinny popcorn ....salt is satisfied.... now want candy. 3 pieces of candy (like a turtle). Ok done...Yikes

    Things went haywire with my login April 5 so unable to log or report for over a week, but it is all straightened out now. April goal of reestablishing the core reporting habits remains the same.
    Today:
    C:😕 (guestimated high so "all tracked" but evening snack entry not 100% positive E✅: 2 intentional minutes for a total of 4.2k on the day - the 4 hrs steady walking is presumed to be restarting Monday T:✅

    Was not feeling good the whole day and barely got out of bed. But was feeling better in the evening, so I went for a long walk to get my steps and exercise done to not get a second pass day in a row.. Proud of myself :)

    Walking around LegoLand with a little one would be plenty of exercise for me! Hope you had fun! @brisingr86 Wishing you a good week ahead!

    Planned pass due to celebrating my birthday early with my kids since I will be traveling. Florida bound just need to get rid of this sinus infection. But a great day at aerial yoga. First session in 2 years.
