I want to get back to strength training.
I have a gym membership that I really should be using.
I'd like to incorporate my lunch into a workout 45 minutes. I've done it before...I can do it again.....

4/19/2023 - Lost my mind. Dinner was leftovers with controlled portions. Just wasn't satisfied, and then I lost my mind. First a 130 calorie bag of pistachio's. Nope - that didn't do it..2 cups of skinny popcorn ....salt is satisfied.... now want candy. 3 pieces of candy (like a turtle). Ok done...Yikes1 -

Things went haywire with my login April 5 so unable to log or report for over a week, but it is all straightened out now. April goal of reestablishing the core reporting habits remains the same.
Today:

Was not feeling good the whole day and barely got out of bed. But was feeling better in the evening, so I went for a long walk to get my steps and exercise done to not get a second pass day in a row.. Proud of myself2 -

I had to take my apple watch off for my daughter's wedding, but I definitely danced the night away with the awesome band they chose. Here is what we looked like pre-dancing:
